Zac Walters and Les Hannos

Two grandmasters of the martial arts pictured here. Zac and Les Hannos, one of the founding fathers of Karate in Australia.
There is probably over 100 years of martial arts experience between these two gentlemen. If you get a chance to train with either of them, do so.

Zac and Lanai

Heres a pic of Zac and Lanai. Lanai went to the U.S Open in July 2005 and won!!!
I think this picture was taken when she had returned to Australia.
Lanai trains in the Chang Chuan forms and is learning a Nan Chuan form.
Lanai will also be going to the 2006 World Cup on the Gold Coast this year...
(I hope she doesn't read about it here first..)
She won a number of other ISKA (International Sports Karate Association) events and I will detail them at a later date.
I did have them written down somewhere but...who uses paper these days? Not me...
